SUBSOILERS FOR VINEYARDS AND ORCHARD

The benefits of using our subsoiler for vineyards and orchard , both for the soil and for crops, are:

• the ability to work in damp soil
• no stones are dislodged
• it reduces surface waterlogging
• it reduces the risk of root asphyxia
• it promotes water reserves at depth
• it does not increase the volume of the worked soil, promoting aeration of compacted soil
• it minimises the uprooting of surface turf

It consists of a sturdy monolithic frame made of high-strength 120x120mm tubular steel, to which two Michel-type curved anchors are bolted; this configuration allows the distance between the two anchors to be varied from a minimum of 90 to a maximum of 160 cm, adapting perfectly to the tractor’s track width and the distance between rows.

Equipped with a central drainage anchor, a pair of front cutting discs and a smooth rear roller, it becomes a versatile implement capable of performing a variety of soil aeration techniques between rows.
